Making the life that you have yours.

People often asked me: How can you be so happy all the time? What type of successful fulfilment have you done to feel so well? What’s your trick?

Be Do Feel Good is my answer!

I had a tough childhood. I wasn’t the smartest kid in my class, had few friends, failed many projects, didn’t play sports due to my poor shape, and often felt stressed and anxious. These things made me a sad and dark person. Then I figured it out—I was the chooser of my own feelings! I decided to see things more simply and be content with less. I didn’t just choose to be happy but I chose to see my situation differently. Change my point of view, finding a positive way to look at it. My life didn’t improve drastically after that, but it got better once my health improved, both physically and mentally. Now, I enjoy every moment as a new, unique experience. I see everything as happening only in the present, unrelated to the past. Most importantly, I am always thankful, even for the tiniest things. This was my shifting method. Thankfully.

A simple shift in attitude can reveal the hidden potential for fulfillment in every event. There’s no secret recipe for happiness and contentment. Those who move through life joyfully haven’t necessarily had lives filled with abundance, love, or success. Instead, they’ve learned to take their circumstances and make something great out of them. Our realities are shaped by our perceptions—delight and despair come from within. Situations we see as fortunate please us, while those we see as unfortunate cause grief. But if we focus on what we’ve achieved without dwelling on perceived misfortunes and make each new circumstance our own, the world becomes a brighter place. A small attitude change can help us uncover personal and outer fulfillment in every event, relationship, duty, and setback.

Life is unpredictable and often chaotic, and we tend to focus on the negative, assuming the positive will take care of itself. But life is what you make of it. If you dislike your job, focus on its positive aspects and approach it with enthusiasm. What can you do to turn it around so you love it? When facing a task you fear, see it as an opportunity to discover your true capabilities. Similarly, view unexpected events as surprises that add flavor to life. By choosing to love life no matter what happens, you create an infectious atmosphere of joy. A change in perspective can change your world, but you must be willing to adopt an optimistic mindset.

Deciding to be happy isn’t enough. You must learn to observe life’s complexities with the wonder of a child. Let go of preconceived notions of good and bad to appreciate the insights in each stage of your journey. Strive to enjoy what you have. As you gradually shift your perspective, your life will be filled with lasting happiness and contentment.
