The Yin and Yang of True Health

Your body embodies unconditional love, a profound truth that reflects the deeper essence of Yin and Yang, where harmony is achieved when complementary forces transcend balance and seamlessly merge into a unified whole.

Harmony in Nature

When you wake up, you don’t wish for perpetual night. When it snows, you don’t long for endless sunny days. Each has its distinct purpose, contributing to a greater whole. Without day, there is no night; without winter, spring and summer growth is impossible. These opposites are interdependent and relative. The true nature of anything is understood only in relation to something else. This is natural law; this is the deep mechanism of reality. Everything continuously adjusts to maintain a state of harmony.

Illness and Health: Connections

Understanding this principle in the context of health and healing shows that the complete picture includes both illness and health. True healing cannot exist without illness. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) aims to reflect natural law and achieve balance. Your body can harmonize within itself and with Nature and the Universe around it. TCM represents a network of connections at every level among all things. Your organs and their meridians form an interconnected system with all the structures and other systems in your body. Your body, mind, and spirit are linked. You are part of nature and completely connected to it, so changes in nature are mirrored in your body. Everything is interconnected; nothing exists in isolation.

This miraculous network of connection and communication is powered by Qi. At its most fundamental level, physical matter breaks down into invisible energy. Energy is power, but it also possesses intelligence and function. It can convey messages that guide and inform all things to achieve balance and maintain harmony.

Body, Mind, Spirit

The mind is built on knowledge from past experiences, but your body is constructed from the DNA codes accumulated over all your lives. This is not your first time on Earth; you have been here through many lifetimes. If we accept that we are energy beings and that energy cannot die or vanish but only transform, then we can say we never truly die.

Your body and its DNA contain the genetic code for thousands of programs. These programs are based on the soul’s choice of parents at the moment of conception. Once the soul decides to enter this life, you carry two codes: one spiritual, one physical. The DNA, or genetic code, is your physical code. The spiritual code is even more significant. Once you choose the spiritual code, the body must fulfill it; the body serves the spirit. Therefore, you inherit not only illnesses but also their remedies.

Illness Adjustment

Your body strives to help you achieve your goals. But if you stray too far, the soul will provide an adjustment, even if it takes the form of illness. Every health issue has a purpose. If you can understand the purpose of the illness, you no longer need it. If you don’t understand its purpose, it will reoccur in some form. Some health issues recur frequently or seem untreatable. This does not mean they cannot be resolved, but that the timing is not right. You might need to meet the right person at the right time in the right place. Or perhaps instead of focusing on the condition itself, you need to focus on how to change your body in a profound way; how to transform not just small things but your entire life.

Look Within

All the answers you seek are within you. The more peaceful you become, the more information you will gain and the more answers you will receive. Never doubt your body. It possesses both genetic and spiritual wisdom; visible and invisible wisdom blend to form your unique body, which is an embodiment of unconditional love.
